New Fall Cheeses!
Cold weather calls for hearty cheeses! Pictured here are:
*Hop on Top–Alpine beer-washed cheese coated in Swiss hops.
*Appenzeller Extra–Sharp, nutty Swiss that is washed in a top secret herbal and spirits brine as it ages.
*Fontina val d’Aosta–Earthy, with notes of apple and hay. Classic Alpine melting cheese that adds character to pasta, pizza, or sandwiches!
*Mimolette Vielle–France’s version of Dutch Edam. Tangy with caramel notes–great with fruit!
*Leyden–Traditional Dutch gouda specked with cumin seeds. Pair with Rioja!
*Tarentaise–Farms for City Kids, Vermont. Nutty and sharp with a lingering finish.
